Thejas is working In our company for past two years. He is an engineering graduate of 2016 batch. He wanted to earn more and help his family. He always had a vision of being independent. But to get into corporates he wanted to develop his communication skills for which he has to enroll himself in the centers. Then he found Stars Management wherein he can earn the money he want also develop his interpersonal skills.  He joined the business faught with all his barriers , took time to learn and implemented all that he learnt. Now he is a Crew leader where he is teaching and training number of people under him. His next goal is to become SBU Head and run his business successfully.
