 It was a tough time after completing my engineering . All we're looking out for what I'm gonna do next. I was not interested in my technical side.  I was trying out for jobs where I can earn and learn new things.  When I got interview call letter from Stars Management I had no idea of what is going to be. I attended interview to gain confidence.  After I told about the job profile , I thought I would give a try. The training and the ambience made me to stick to the job. I followed all the steps and now I'm here. Now my next goal is to train and develop the people effectively and became Business head this year
